image for Everton star is new MTV recruit
Wayne Sleep keeping a sharp eye on Jo at Everton's training ground

Famous Brazilian International? Failed Manchester City striker? Everton's hope for the future? Actually, the Breakdance King might be a better way to describe Goodison's gangly new striker Jo, as news was revealed of a move by MTV to recruit him for the lead role in an upcoming film on the history of street dancing.

Fans of the Toffeemen are not suprised. Many witnessed aghast the amazing shimmer movement performed by the lanky colossus as he fell to earth after being tripped in the penalty box in Saturday's battle with Bolton Wanderers. In fact, his amazing wiggle movement not only made the normally tight lipped MOTD pundit Alan Shearer admit that Jo 'went for it a bit', but caused the head of MTV's dancer recruitmemnt to get on the phone to ex-ballet star and pixie Wayne Sleep, currently seconded to the Everton coaching staff to improve the style of their penalty box dives, in order to negotiate the Brazilian's release.

Normally a shy man, when pressed to tell more about his hidden bopping talent, Jo confessed to years of practice in developing what he calls 'my worm wiggle'. 'It never fails to get a pen' he chuckled.

Garry Megson, once sought by the Sugar Hill Gang while at the Albion, denied rumours of plans to bring George Sampson to the Reebok in an effort to whip his Wanderers into shape in the dancing (and diving!) stakes.

Make tennisman's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
