This man is also suing West Ham Utd - He mistakenly glued himself to their toilet mirror

It appears that football, along with the rest of UK society, is following our cousins from across the Atlantic and turning to the dreaded 'compensation culture' to sort out all differences, problems and litigations.

Just earlier this year, Liverpool 'compensate' Spurs and the Spurs charity - Spurs keep quiet about tapping up, and at this precise moment, everyones favourite football bank is the bank of West Ham United.

West Ham are due to be sued by; Sheffield United, for their 'untimely' exit from the Premiership, Reading, for their exit a year later - Which would never have happened had Sheff Utd still been there, and Aston Villa, for their shameful exit from the Carling Cup at the hands of QPR earlier this season - an obvious mental backlash resulting from seeing their beloved footballing allies Sheff Utd unfairly relegated by another team dressed in Claret and turd, sorry, I meant blue.

And now West Ham are to be sued by yet another malcontent, me, and I shall explain why.

I bought myself a newspaper the day they loaned Tevez so I could read about the story, later in the day, whilst milling about in the lounge, I slipped on said paper and hurt my knee, a bit like that silly fat cow who falls over in the reception in that compensation advert.

This is clearly the responsibility of Carlos Tevez, who was at the time working on behalf of West Ham United, I therefore demand £30million for my injuries and mental anguish

Make The Bellmeister General's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
