Baggies boss Gary Megson is reportedly preparing £250000 bid for Exeter striker Steve Flack.

West Brom, with a worrying low number of professionals on their books, are looking to bolster squad numbers and see ex boxer Flack as an ideal 3rd choice striker.

Exeter, currently managerless after Noel Blakes departure at the weekend, are expected to accept any offer on Flack despite him being a fans favorite. Megson said "There are alot of good players in the third division and (Scott) Dobie has proved that."

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
