image for Federer totally bullish at wrecking Nadal's hat-trick glory bid
"Pairs Hilton stands a better chance of escaping jail than Nadal winning on Sunday": Federer

France - (Ass Mess): Tennis superace Roger Federer is utterly bullish about wiping the smile off Rafael Nadal's face in the French Open championship at Roland Garros this weekend.

Despite the three-times French Open champion being 5/4 bookies' favorite to win on Sunday and extending his 20-0 unbeaten record at the French site, Federer has laughed off the Spaniard's chances as 'beginner's luck':

"He may look like one smooth guy," Federer said today, "but I'll wipe that smug grin off his face in three straight sets tomorrow. 6-1, 6-1, 6-0!

"Just watch me do it!

"For me the French Open is purely a bit of a warm-up for my next Wimbledon championship later in the month.

"I always play better when I think of it as an exhibition match and not some vital final with a massive paycheck at the end.

"Sure I like to fool around a bit. Slam a few hundred aces down the baseline, volley the shit out of my opponent, scare the living daylights with those unexpected cunning dropshots and throw in a few dozen lobs just when the sweat is really pouring down his face.

"My advice to anybody backing Nadal tomorrow?

"Don't make me laugh!

"It's just money down the drain.

"paris Hilton stand a better chance of escaping from jail on Sunday than nadal has of beating me at Roland Garros!"
