He couldn't have wrote it better!

Manchester, Sunday 15th on January, sees two once titanic giants clash in a Theater of Dreams, or a nightmare for one, depending who wins and loses this monumental battle.

The crowns of these two giants has slipped drastically in recent years, but now, thanks to a Teutonic Warrior combating a Portuguese Man of War, the once all-conquering Red Titans of the North West can claim to be hoisting their wrecks after sinking like Jurassic giants in to a dark abyss.

On the one side, a spitting, red-eyed, Nero-like Man of War using his tentacles to strangulate the weak that dare swim before him. On the other, a frothing at the mouth, jumping, gyrating, German giant eagle, who has successfully invaded enemy territory where others failed oh so miserably!

Their foot soldiers will follow with discipline and courage, willing to die for the cause. The battle will commence in this great, historical Colosseum where weak hearts falter and only the strong survive cheered on by 75000, dressed in red, spectators baying for blood from both sides

This apocalyptic show down of fallen, titanic giants, promises to be a historical spectacle, and only those who remain neutral fear the eventual winner will rise like a Red Phoenix from the ashes!

PS: It's just a game of football Jaggedone, not a fucking Shakespearean. Showdown; get a life!

Make Jaggedone's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
