image for The Indiana Pacers Are The Best Team In The NBA As They Improve Their Record To 20-3 By Defeating The Charlotte Bobcats
The Pacers celebrated their victory with 15 boxes of pizza courtesy of a local Pompous Pizza Parlor.

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Pacers continued on their frantic pace as they defeated the visiting Charlotte Bobcats 99-94.

The Pacers now possess the best record in the NBA with a record of 20-3 for an amazing winning percentage of .870.

The team from Indiana sits on the very top of all 32 professional basketball teams.

One Pacers fan identified as Sherwood "Sparky" Switchgrass stated that he got so excited during the game that he did not notice that he had actually eaten a total of eight hot dogs.

He said that at one point the hot dog vendor actually kneeled down in front of him and simply waited for him to finish each one.

A Pacers cheerleader was yelling so loud that she ended up bruising her tongue. She had to leave and get first aid about halfway into the fourth quarter.

And the Pacers mascot later said that he had not given out so many fist bumps, high fives, and chest bumps in the two years that he has been the mascot.

He grinned and confessed that just before the fourth quarter started an excited elderly lady reached down and touched his lap area.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
