NEW YORK CITY - Former NFL quarterback Brett Favre flew into New York City to appear on Live With Kelly and Michael.
He told Kelly Ripa that he really and truly still feels that he can contribute his quarterbacking skills to several teams in the NFL.
Favre even suggested that perhaps his old team the Green Bay Packers could give him a chance and hire him to be Aaron Rodgers backup since they have no one to replace him if he should get hurt.
Brett stressed to Kelly that he wants all of the NFL owners and coaches to understand that he has mended his ways and he is no longer Brett the Flirt from a couple of seasons ago.
He even mentioned that he now realizes that he was wrong in flirting with women who were young enough to be his young trophy wife.
SIDENOTE: Word from The Lone Star State is that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is considering hiring Favre in order to light a fire under Tony Romo's inconsistent butt.
