Crossfit, one of the latest fitness crazes in the last few years has gained popularity all over the nation. Now pint sized little power houses are able to join in on the craze by participating in the training as well. Toddler level crossfit classes are beginning to show up in various Crossfit gyms around the country.

Crossfit style competitions that test agility, speed, and most of all endurance have gained in popularity as the crossfit lifestyle has gained in momentum. Competitions such as Spartan Race and Tough Mudder provide a forum for crossfit enthusiasts to showcase their hard work in a competitive format involving mud and obstacles.

In response to the new toddler crossfit buzz, Tough Mudder has formed it's spawn for these little brick houses. The race is called Tough Lil' Mudder. These kids are gonna huff. They're gonna puff. Will this race blow their house in? Not if they have focused hard on their crossfit training. If they have done their work, these Lil' Mudders will prove themselves worthy of a title and maybe even a tattoo.
