BOSTON - Well the Boston Celtics scenery just changed pretty darn quick as the Green team has traded Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry to the Nets of Brooklyn.
The three spoke with The Sports Bet Gazette's Zorro La Bamba at a local Lips of The Dastardly Dragon Diner.
Garnett said he was thrilled to leave Beantown and relocate to the Big Apple where he knows he will end up making a lot of Nike commercials as well as commercials for Aye Caramba Beer.
Paul Pierce echoed Kevin's sentiments and added that he is saying goodbye to clam chowder and hello to Coney Island Hot Dogs which he has said on many occasions seem to help him jump much higher than normal.
Meanwhile Jason Terry smiled and said that he can hardly wait to go to Yankee Stadium, buy some blue cotton candy, and root for the Yankees when they play the Boston Red Sox.
Recently named Brooklyn Nets Coach Jason Kidd stated that he is real happy to get these three very talented players and he knows that they will be glad to leave the little bitty state of Massachusetts and move to the big state of New York.
SIDENOTE: In exchange for the three Celtics, the Nets gave up three future first round draft choices, $625,000 cash, a one percent share in Donald Trump Enterprises, and a pair of ringside seats for any boxing match held at Madison Square Garden.
