ELMONT, New York - The United States Racehorse Federation has just announced that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's racehorse Northern Rice King will not be allowed to run in the 145th running of The Belmont Stakes.
USRF spokesperson Amethyst Chutznoff, 43, stated that the official rules and regulations strictly prohibit the entering of a racehorse who is owned by someone who has a very pronounced disruptive personality.
The recently divorced Ms. Chutznoff remarked that no one can argue with the fact that Mr. Kim Jong Un is perhaps one of the most disruptive individuals in the entire world.
Meanwhile a spokesperson for the North Korean leader, Chung Duck Ho has said that if Mr. Jong Un's horse is not allowed to participate in the third leg of the Triple Crown of horse racing he will have no choice but to contact his attorney and sue the USRF.
