Edgar Allen Poe left Boston and moved to Baltimore. If you believe in tracing rivalries to their source, we have the root in our grasp.

The Ravens may claim that the AFC game will nevermore allow a Patriot victory-as Brendon Ayanbadejo plays the bird this season.

Now we are engaged again in a great championship game on next Sunday.

Last season around the same time, we brought forth a playoff game, dedicated to the proposition that the Patriots were better than the Ravens.

A year later we must address the same issue once more, testing whether Patriots Nation, conceived and dedicated by Coach Bill Belichick, can long endure.

Patriots will meet on home field for that next step. Fans will come to dedicate themselves to reaching another Super Bowl. The team will dedicate their efforts to Gronk who gave so that his team could endure far beyond his power to add or to detract a new championship ring.

Foxboro is the site of the Baltimore Raven return. Fans will little note the details of the game, but they will never forget a Patriots victory of last year. It is for the players to be dedicated to the unfinished work of nobly advancing to the Super Bowl this year.

The great task remaining before the Patriots-that from Tom Brady we take increased devotion to the cause of a fourth Super Bowl ring.

The Patriots highly resolve that the Patriot Nation shall have a new Brady championship-and that the teams of Belichick, by Belichick, for the fans, will not perish in the Super Bowl.

That Poe bird faces his final caw. Nevermore, indeed.
