British Female athlete's competing at next month's Olympic Games will wear traditional clothing in an unprecedented act of solidarity with other competing nation's female athletes who will also be wearing traditional dress.

Welsh shot-putter Alwyn Jones says she will wear a traditional white bed gown, a hooded black cape, and a broad, stiff, flat brim hat with a tall crown.

She will wear a cardigan at all times.

Scottish javelin thrower Maggie Kirk says she will wear an ankle-length tartan skirt and a tartan shawl.

Belfast born show jumper Bernadette O'Shea will be dressed in an heavily pleated shirt probably dyed a saffron color and a ski mask.

Meanwhile English discus throw, Kylie Slag will wear the traditional English woman's costume of white stilettos, inappropriate short tight mini skirt deliberately revealing her cellutie and chubby thighs aswell as a t-shirt with the words "Juicy" emblazoned across it.
