image for The Miami Heat's LeBron James Wins The MVP Trophy - Says He Will Place It In The Akron, Ohio Burger Gal Where He Worked
This is the basketball hoop in Akron, Ohio, where LeBron James used to play "HORSE" at the age of eight.

MIAMI - LeBron James of the Miami Heat has just won his third Most Valuable Player trophy. He was presented the trophy for averaging 27.1 points per game as well as for being one of the most unstoppable players in the NBA.

The 27-year-old who grew up in Akron, Ohio said that he was happy to receive the honor but added that what he really wants is an NBA championship ring.

He asked NBA commissioner David Stern if he could trade the MVP trophy for an NBA championship ring.

Stern replied that he could not and added that maybe if he plays a little harder than he has been and stops slacking off in the fourth quarter that he might get it although he is sure that the San Antonio Spurs may have other plans.

LeBron thanked his mom, his fiancée, his two boys, and Vice-President Joe Biden for allowing him to tour the White House and secretly letting him into the president's personal bedroom when the president and the "First Mama" were vacationing out in Hawaii.

James was asked by Sports Balls Illustrated Weekly reporter Sherwood Frisbee if he was going to place the MVP trophy in his $9 million Coconut Grove, Florida mansion Chateau Heat Headband.

LeBron shook his head and informed Frisbee that he plans on traveling up to his hometown of Akron, Ohio and personally taking the MVP trophy and placing it in a special glass case in the eating section of the Burger Gal Restaurant where he used to work as a lettuce chopper when he was 16.

He then remarked that as for the KIA Sorento that he was given by the league he plans on selling it on eBay.

LeBron stated that he will take all the money from the sale and use it to buy basketballs for the underprivileged kids of Argentina, the home country of his good friend Manu Ginobili of the San Antonio Spurs.

In A Non-Related Story. The infamous Breastfeeding Mom, Jamie Lynn Grumet, has stated that the rumor that she and her 3-year-old boy are going to be appearing on an episode of Three and A Half Men is not true.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
