image for New York Knicks Star Jeremy Lin Says Kim Kardashian Asked Him Out On A Date
Last month an autographed Jeremy Lin basketball did not exist, today the starting price is $699.

NEW YORK CITY - New York Knicks rookie sensation Jeremy Lin informed Rufus Reno of Sports Balls Illustrated Weekly that he received a phone call from Kim Kardashian.

The 23-year-old Lincredible player said that Kardashian told him that she got his private cell phone number from her New Jersey Nets ex-husband Kris Humphries after she paid him $700.

Lin who was eating a Granny Smith apple smiled as he said that Kim, who is 31, congratulated him on his wonderful NBA success and invited him to attend a nice, quiet, candlelit dinner with her at The Lips of The Dastardly Dragon Chinese Restaurant in Manhattan.

She let Lin know that she would pick up the tab including the tip, valet parking, and two souvenirs of his choice from the restaurant's gift shop.

Lin thanked Ms. Kardashian but told her that he is much too busy at the moment playing professional basketball, conducting interviews, and making commercials for McDonald's, Nike, Diet Dr. Pepper, KIA, and his favorite television show, American Idol to even think about going out on a date.

He politely thanked her for her offer and did say that he would try and give her a call whenever he gets some free time but pointed out that it could be sometime in early December.

Lin confided to Mr. Reno that truth be told he does not care to go out with Kim Kardashian because he has heard that she is nothing but a spoiled Hollywood diva, who is prone to getting things her way or else she pouts and acts like a grown up version of Bristol Palin.

Jeremy, who wears number 17, grinned and said that if and when he does decide to date he would choose a real nice, sweet, down-to-earth girl who is closer to his own age like Taylor Swift.

Lin blushed as he paused to ponder that thought for a moment. He then got a huge grim on his face and remarked that the name Taylor Swift-Lin does have a nice melodic sound to it.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
