QPR are beefing up security for their FA Cup tie against Chelsea, where Anton Ferdinand and John Terry are set to come face to face.
However Chelsea have plans to a avoid further trouble on the pitch by instructing their skipper to wear an armband - fitted round his mouth.
A club insider told the spoof he might still be able to swear and abuse players but the camera wont pick it up in later evidence.
"Stopping JT from swearing and abusing opponents is like stopping him or Tiger Woods chasing women - just impossible. So what we've done is decided instead of wearing the captains armband round his arm as normal, he will wear it round his mouth. The main thing is to stop cameras picking up any more incidents. We considered selotape, and even a phantom of the opera mask but in the end the armband was the obvious solution".
Terry was accused of racially abusing Ferdinand when the teams met in the league last October. He will face CPS charges on February 1st.
