image for 'Coming Soon!' - Another Ice Age!
Could London stage the Winter Olympics as well?

Scientists at the US National Solar Observatory issued a warning this week that our Sun appears to be heading towards another 'Maunder Minimum' - a period between 1645-1715 when there was an almost complete absence of sunspots. That was also the period of Britain's 'Little Ice Age' when the Thames at London Bridge froze over so thickly that people would ride their horses over it.

Instead of us all facing extinction from the effects of global warming it now seems more likely we're all going to freeze to death!

The global warming lobby have been promoting an increasingly shaky looking argument given that if anything the average temperature of our planet has been getting cooler over recent years. This latest piece of news from the Solar Observatory does seem to explain why that has been.

How will the 'shut up and go away' global warming bunch respond to this latest finding? Will they continue to spin the lie that they have already proven their argument?

This latest revelation will only serve to increase the suspicions of some that there is a hidden, and sinister agenda behind this global warming mallarkey.

Why should we 'take their word for it?' Why should we simply 'shut up and go away?' When did they give us any reason to believe they can be trusted to tell us the truth in the past - about ANYTHING?

Maybe we should urgently re-open all of our coal mines and then burn as much coal as we can over the next decade or so. If we start now we might find we still have just about enough time left for us to be able to create some sort of protective umbrella of warmth around our planet so that we can then get through what looks very much like being another ice age on the way!

Make Tommy Twinkle's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
