Scientists in Glasgow 'reading minds'

Scientists are celebrating their new invention, but only in Glasgow.

So far they have only been able to decode brain signals of people who 'think' in a Glasgow accent. Often there were NO brain signals to work with but scientists do believe they have enough material to prove that their invention works.

Some residents of Glasgow are not celebrating. They do NOT want to have their minds read and do believe that, eventually, if this work continues, scientists will be able to BEND the brain signals and alter their minds.

Scientists assure these residents that they will never misuse their invention but the public think this will be too much of a temptation.

Many residents of Glasgow are already packing and moving to Aberdeen and Edinburgh.

We will keep you updated.
