image for Devolution in action!
Not a tree hopper

Puzzled evolutionists are getting splinters in their fingers as they scratch their heads at science' latest finding.

An insect known as a 'treehopper' has decided to turn back the clock, and grow three sets of wings!!!!

Evolutionists tell the spellbinding tale that 200 million years ago, the treehopper, fed up of its 3 pairs of wings, did away with a pair.

Now, according to the barmy theory, abracadabra, the three pairs are back.

Dawkin Richards, evolution fundamentalist, was unavailable for comment as he was writing his latest assault on people with faith.

However Armin Moczek, a professor at Indiana University, said the study shows "how development abilities can be lost or silenced over millions of years, only to be redeployed to contribute to the evolution of a complex and beautiful appendage,"

Meanwhile, a real scientist had this to say "millions of years my arse! Yes, it shows that genes can be switched on and off to enable a creature to adapt to its surroundings, but that is exactly what creation scientists have maintained all along. No new information is added or taken away. If only they would stop coming up with stupid theories and examine the evidence, they might get somewhere."

Make Gary Potter's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
