Evolutionists are now breathing a sigh of relief as the mystery of the origins of life on Earth might finally be revealed.
A boffin of Cambfordshire University, Adrion Kentingsmith, is reported to have announced the following hypothesis in a genuine 'science journal', and is directly printed for educational and critical purposes under the fair use policy:
'He argues that it's plausible that there is a competition for resources on a cosmic scale, driving an evolutionary process between alien species on different planets. Advanced species, for example, might want to exploit other planets for their own purposes.
'If so, the universe would be a violent place, and evolutionary selection may favour the inconspicuous - those who lie low on purpose, or who simply lack the skill or ambition to venture forth or advertise their existence.'
End of quote (just so you know that the serious 'science' bit is over). To our relief the original author did acknowledge that his theory was speculative.
Dawkin Richards, evolutionary fundamentalist, was elated "Of course, this explains everything. Panspermia [reporters note: this is the fictional belief that because evolutionists have absolutely no idea whatsoever as to how life began on Earth, that somehow life was seeded here by aliens - in keeping with all other evolutionary theories, this one too is made without a shred of scientific evidence] is a possibility that I have publicly mentioned in front of people with a straight face for years. Now we have the proof. Aliens are out there, but they are deliberately hiding from us."
An actual scientist was a little more cautious "Again this is typical evolutionary bull droppings. Although the absence of any evidence of alien life could be due to them successfully hiding from us, I put it to you that the absence of communication could mean that they just not there! Evolutionists have a real problem with the idea of a creator God, yet seem quite happy to entertain the idea of invisable aliens. What of course they are still not acknowledging is how did the aliens begin? They are simply pushing the argument further into the distance, using science fiction as a means. At least if they acknowledge that they live in their imaginations and are undetectable we can shut down all the SETI projects. Perhaps then we can spend our time on real science."
I wouldn't hold your breath Mr Real Scientist!
