image for Scientists Approve Texan Last Stand Against Evolution
Why teach Texan neanderthal children about evolution?

For almost a century, scientists have fought against what they thought to be closedminded rural areas and their refusal to accept and teach the sound scientific theory of evolution. But new discoveries in the field of rural evolutionary biology have demonstrated that in fact American country folk like the majority of Texans have not evolved.

"Texans are basically genetic Neanderthals", accordng to a university researcher. The groundbreaking findings go on to confirm the Department of Education's refusal to teach evolution in the Lone Star State's public schools. "Good science is based on obsevation and logic and if the empirical evidence in your community shows no sign of higher development why should you accept a theory that says that humans actually become more complex and highly evolved."

The expert went on to suggest that George and Laura Bush's return to Texas may have further confirmed the absence of evolutionary evidence.
