image for Rare Chin Nuts Discovered
Unique MRI image of chin testicles

In what may be the first of its kind in medical history, a man went to see his family physician, and medical specialists, complaining of severe pain every time he shaved using his electric razor, and/or put on turtleneck sweaters.

The patient, Ackmed Chin Hertz, an earwax merchant from the tiny city of Hung Way Low, China, visited several doctors complaining of overwhelming pain every time he shaved under his chin, or put on a turtleneck sweater. Unable to determine the cause of Ackmed's discomfort after many tests, he was sent for an MRI. When doctors looked at the images they laughed so hard several ended up on the ground unable to breathe. After gaining their composure they went in to break the unusual news to Ackmed.

Doctor Mye Boot Crack, of Germany, was charged with the task of informing the patient of his condition, explaining that he had a pair of working testicles hidden under his chin that actually had their own scrotum sac. Whenever Mr. Hertz used his electric razor or put on a turtleneck sweater, he would experience severe pain. Asked if the pair of extra nuts, and scrotum sac could be removed, "Yes, it's possible, but they are connected to the lower ones. Just have your wife lightly massage your chin, she'll never know what's going on," Dr. Crack replied.

Currently, research scientists, and surgeons are devising a technique to move the extra testicles to a more secure location. Look for the procedure on WebMD in the near future. A do-it-yourself kit may be available in the near future.
