image for Candies' Health Reports: McCain's Melanoma Pales in Contrast to Palin's Megalomania!
Megalomaniacal Giganticus caused Palin's distorted self image

John McCain may have had serious bouts with skin cancer but his running mate according to recently revealed mental health reports is a much sicker puppy.

Palin has been diagnosed with Megalomania Giganticus. This rare but fatal mental illness has been observed in such sickos as Hitler, Stalin and the Fox news channel. Symptoms include loss of geographical perspective leading to a syndrome called collapsing borders. the sufferer really believes that some land masses are much closer than they really are.

The exaggerated importance of the victim leads them to accept jobs for which they are clearly unqualified:" This has led to some rather famous disasterous results", according to Headshrinker Washin Hotwater.

"Just think about Caesar Augustus, Napoleon the Third and rookie Yankee skipper Joe Girardi. The classic case involves an inveterate drunk driver and very poor student. The obscenely rich family bought him oil wells , baseball teams and finally an American Presidency. Needless to say the this Megalomaniac giganticus will never be forgotten for the mega-gigantic mess he made of America!

"Palin is a particularly tragic case since she had apparently purposely sequestered herself in a frigid frontier. Sure she had her megalomaniacal eruptions but she was in relative control until John McCain came along and offered her the VPILF. No one suffering from this dreaded egotism could have resisted this temptation and Palin succumbed like a candy addict to an all day sucker..."
