Sistine Chapel, Rome - (ReUterus & Ass Mess): Shocking new internet claims about Leonardo da Vinci's painting The Last Supper allegedly contain hidden images of a woman holding a condom and pleading with Jesus.
Website chatter says the female appears in the 15th century mural superimposed with another - a mirror image - and both are partially nude and partially transparent.
And now an Italian amateur art critic, Slavisa Pesci, has interpreted this find as the roots of the Vatican's rigid opposition to contraception.
"You can see Mary Magdalene pleading with Jesus to wear a condom and spare her the anguish of raising any more brats that would subsequently give Dan Brown a chance to write his daftass blockbusters about the sacred Merovignian bloodline theory," one blogger has commented.
The Last Supper painting is said by cynics to be the ultimate depiction of the Catholic Church's drinking in the Last Chance Saloon as it continues to flourish from flogging supernatural codswallop based on a fictional character who would have successfully sued for slander and defamation if he knew what was coming after his death over 2000 years ago.
