image for Bolivia Is Furious That Russia Has Hacked Into Their Government Computer
Two Bolivian computer experts are investigating the recent hacking by Russia.

LA PAZ, Bolivia - Reports coming out of the South American country of Bolivia report that President Montero Santa Cantina is extremely furious with the Russian government.

It seems that El Presidente has learned that Russian operatives were able to hack into Bolivia's computer system and have gained access to some very personal state documents including social security numbers, credit card numbers, and government owned porn sites.

President Santa Cantina says that he is personally holding Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Director of Computers Edward Snowden accountable for the dastardly despicable act.

He further noted that he will be contacting the United Nations and issuing a formal complaint since this barbarous act of defiance definitely goes against the terms set forth in The Geneva Convention Treaty.

SIDENOTE: President Putin has replied that he has no effen idea what in the world the Bolivian president is talking about and neither does his excellent director of computers Eddie Snowden.
