image for On the set with Brother Al Al Gore on the set of Brothers and Sisters

Following a recent cameo role in the US TV series, Brothers and Sisters, former Vice President Al Gore granted a few moments for questions from attending media types.

MSM: Mr. Vice President, can you tell us a little about your part in this TV show?

AG: Yes, I was offered a small bit part and being a fan of the show, I naturally accepted.

MSM: What exactly was your role, sir?

AG: I played Global Warming.

MSM: How does one play the part of Global Warming?

AG: Well, I come on as a large and windy weather front... composed of artificially heated hot air. Remember, Global Warming is man-made and thus not natural. I represented this by blustering in on a Tea Party rally and blowing them all away with my artificially heated rhetoric.

MSM: Sir, when you say you 'blew them away...'

AG: Just a figure of speech. In other words, more hot air. (chuckles)

MSM: Mr. Gore, do you feel that the Tea Party is uninformed regarding Global Warming?

AG: Well, that doesn't really matter. I mean, either you believe with all your heart, all your mind and all your soul or you are going to hell. Period. There is no in-between here. No room for debate.

MSM: Beg your pardon, sir?

AG: I spew luke-warm voters from my mouth like untaxed carbon emissions.

MSM: May we take it that the Tea Partiers in the TV show were convinced and repentant?

AG: We don't want to tell these people what to think but rather, HOW to think. Independence, skepticism and unapproved thought concepts are no longer sustainable. No man gets to the cool, cool promised land… except through me.

MSM: Thank you sir.

AG: Amen. Go now and exhale no more.

With that, the former Vice President parted the clouds and ascended into the sky before flying away on large gelding.
