On July 18, 2008, a Hobart man was caught downloading 31,000 images and video files involving sexual acts with dogs, ponies, snakes, tigers and even an octopus. He was fined $1500. َAdditionally, he was put on the sex offenders register for four years!
Before the advent of motorcars, decent people of the time rode their animals to market places where, say, a jennet was tethered to a peg, and, incidentally, a jack was nailed down next to her. Well, it frequently happened that she was in her mating season.
What took place was predictable. However, the entire shoppers, men, women and children, who enjoyed reality shows rather than soap operas of nowadays, circled around the liberal couples, and intensely watched those unabashed pleasure seekers. Even a six year old child was anxious to see a precise quick penetration. Additionally, when a herd was ruminating in the shade, any passerby could see the coupling of goats, sheep, and cows. In military, veterinaries conducted the breeding of horses in the open space, where other men in uniform had the pleasure of watching the whole process. Presently, in rural areas, men, women, and children routinely observe these scenes. No body was/is fined $1500!
Strangely enough, some men did find it enticing to take some pictures and innocently showed them to their decent moral wives who had no reason to envy the rival jennet. Consequently, their lips voluptuously enlarged and their clitoris dramatically aroused wide open. This nostalgic lifestyle was much earlier than the dominant lucrative pornography industry.
People conditioned to false notions of emancipation, liberalism and democracy have failed to understand that downloading a series of photographs strewn in the air by internet is not a crime. The crime is using needy people who are ready to sell their bodies for a loaf of bread. When we watched jack 'f-'ing jennet, maybe we were not very decent but surly we were not branded a criminal. Now read the judge's wise judgment as follows:
(The offender) has a personality disorder that caused him to avoid interpersonal contact and gave him a pre-occupation with being criticized or rejected. (Preposterous. He was simply not rich enough to buy the woman he desired to 'f'.) Without the opportunity for normal sexual relationships, fantasy is often indulged; ( Intercourse is nothing but fantasy. What the organ needs is some sensation to pass the data to brain, but it is the mind that can make the whole process as real as 'f'-ing the desired female!)
(The man's) self-esteem was so low he equated himself with a beast. (You honor, when we engage in sex, we'd better be a beast and I am certain you surpass me in this trial. Besides, what once made us human is gone.) There is no suggestion the man paid for, sold or distributed any of the material. "(Please, try to analyze this core of his judgment which is basically nothing but absolutely safeguarding the profit seeking scheme of a greedy man who took advantage of some innocent animals!)
