image for Another day in the U.N. American delegate

It's a cold day at the U.N. delegation and people are expected to be involved in heavy arguments. Prince Charles starts the processions with an inspirational speech.

"When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ballpoint pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat the problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion to develop a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside down, underwater, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to 300°C."

"The Russians used a pencil."

All the delegates break out in loud laughter. Prince Charles is said to have hit another funny bone.

The story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
