It's 9:45 and the Debate hosted by Fox News in now over. People are moving to the cell phone lines to vote for their favorite candidate. Before people have made up their mind Fox news moves to a restaurant where some people who supposedly did not believe that John McCain was presidential enough then all of the sudden think John McCain is the new hope for America. Everyone knows John McCains position on the war before the debate. So what makes John McCain find this new support?
Is John McCain being used as a prop to show support for the war? I think that's what the American people will find out.
So who won the debate. I believe we all know the anti-war candidate Ron Paul showed a good performance but did his performance win over the prowar people? Well I think it's interesting that the candidates are adopting Paul's position on the constitution and the rule of law. But as voters are deciding their candidate of choice they will find out that Ron Paul is the only candidate who practices what he preaches.
John McCain is certainly enjoying being a prop but I think his chances of being the next President of the United States are worse than Mike Huckabee's chances. So is John McCain done? I think so. Why else does Fox news need to prop the candidate up? For the use of a prop and that's all I can figure out.
