APE Line - On Larry King live this week, an historic event occurred when former Beatles Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and wives of John Lennon and George Harrison, Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison respectively.
Larry King was at times unintelligible and appeared disoriented, "Okay which of you is Peter Best?" he asked first.
"Well that would be me," replied Ringo, "exceptin' that I'm NOT."
"Nah Pete doesn't have a beard and wear glasses," inserted Paul.
"Oh of course not," said King recovering, "I was looking ahead to my interview with Stevie Wonder tomorrow."
"Ahhh, I see," said Ringo, "His middle name is Pete."
"The main question I have for you four of course is the question the whole world has, when are the four of you going to do a reunion tour?" posed King.
"Well really Larry, our main reason to come together is not a reunion tour, but to honor John and George and celebrate the success of the Cirque Du Soleil musical "Love".
"I see and George and John of course are too busy with the musical to be here?"
"Well actually Mr. King" said Yoko, "John was shot in the 1980s and George died this decade from cancer."
King's head then did a 360 degree turn, "Alright, thanks for being with me on Larry King Live, I'm looking forward to your continued success in the fight against AIDS."
A spokesperson for CNN said, "Larry through the years has developed this style to keep guests on their toes. They never know what to expect."
