In this short series of recipes we will teach readers how to prepare snacks, lunches and even 5 course dinners quickly and easily. Today we continue the series with scrambled eggs.
1. It is important before you even consider preparing this dish that you seek out the best egg laying chicken or hen you can find. I would suggest spending several days speaking with farmers. Once a chicken or hen has been selected you should then consider where to keep your bird. As I live in an apartment I had to rent space that allowed me to keep the chicken. I found a handy place 87 miles away.
2. Once the chicken has been purchased the fun starts. I travelled five times a day for several days to check to see if my chicken had laid an egg. Eventually, after six days an egg was laid. I then waited 8 more days for another and so forth until I had four eggs.
3. Some say the quickest and most convenient method of preparing scrambled eggs is the microwave. I disagree. I took my eggs, whisked them together in a bowl and then I left the bowl, for several days, outdoors in the sun. Within 5 days I had perfect scrambled eggs.
