No one expected a sneak preview of the forthcoming blockbuster 'The Age of Anarchy Part 1' but the launch of the preview was a phenomenal success with wall to wall coverage in all media outlets.
'It had just the right amount of terror and mayhem' said film buff Morgan Dread 'the fires were so authentic. The only criticism I would have is that some of the action was clearly impossible.'
Prime Minister David Cameron is furious because he missed the preview whilst on holiday. 'Why put it on in August?' he asked cameramen when he returned from holiday 'My kids wanted to see this. It will never seem the same to see repeats.'
He immediately called a meeting of Snake, the all purpose committee that met when all else failed. Unfortunately Cameron was jet lagged and found everything he said had already been touched on by headlines in the morning papers.
After the meeting Cameron said 'I missed this preview of 'The Age of Anarchy Part 1' but I trust I shall be around for the full film when it comes out.'
Film makers Reynard are thought to be rushing through the making of the film ready for release at any time. 'It is best to keep people anticipating' said Reynard executive James Murder 'but I can assure you that the promise of the preview will be fully met in the final production.'
Meanwhile 'The End of Capitalism Part 3' seems something of a bore now and Reynard are considering making the next episode the final one - some enthusiasts want to see 'The End of Capitalism Part 3' after the begining of 'The Age of Anarchy Part 1'.
My inside information is that a sensational film combining the two films is being considered.
