Brad Pitt has been on location in Bognor Regis preparing to shoot scenes for his latest zombie film Bugger Bognor.
The post-apocalyptic horror movie is based on the true story of retired deckchair attendant Ted Snivel who fought off flesh eating zombies with his home grown rhubarb.
Bognor hero Ted Snivel has been invited on to the set to help Brad Pitt recreate the moment when the aliens invaded his allotment and tried to bugger his wife Doris:
"The zombies landed in a spaceship and broke the padlock on my shed. They 'tried it on' with Doris but i saw them off by belting them with sticks of rhubarb" told Ted Snivel.
Hollywood star Brad Pitt 47, who has been joined in Bognor Regis by his wife Angelina Jolie, has told fans that he felt an "almighty buzz" after reading about the 'Bognor Incident' and is looking forward to playing the part of "awesome" Ted Snivel.
Bognor Observer reporter Roger Bottom has claimed the zombie movie will be "a boost for Bognor morale" after the International Birdman competition, where human-powered flying machines launch themselves off the end of the pier, was transferred from Bognor to Worthing for safety reasons.
The Bugger Bognor film is being funded by Paramount Pictures and is due to be released next year.
