For months Miley Cyrus has taken all the money she was saving up for a nose job --an L.A. surgeon quoted her a price of $243,000.00-- and blew it on defiling her teen-aged flesh with yet another tattoo.
Not that I'll be alive, but...
What is that dreamcatcher going to look like in 50 years? A lobster net?
"She got, like, this tattoo on her belly, like, right her and stuff! It's a picture of this, like, dream catcher thing that hangs over her bed, with feathers to represent her brothers and sisters," says a friend. Miley's siblings are Brandi, 23, Trace, 21, Bristol, 20, Willow, 17, Braison, 16, and Noah, 11, Piper, 10, Phoebe, 9 and Trig, 3. "The dream catcher is to protect them, cuz, like, Miley's stomach has superpowers."
That brings Cyrus's current tattoo tally up to eleven: She also has a heart and a small cross on her fingers, "F. You" on the cuticle of her left ring finger, the words 'love" and "Don't relax -- AIDS is still happening" on her ear, and the phrase "just breathe" on her rib cage in honor of a close friend who died of cystic fibrosis.
"If he has just listened to my tattoo and 'just breathed', he wouldn't be dead and stuff," Miley said on Face The Nation last Sunday.
"All of Miley's tattoos have a deep meaning to her," says the friend. "They all represent family and friends close to her."
Even President Obama weighed in on Miley's tats:
"Why the f--k do I care? I mean, really: Why?!" he stated. "In other news, I just ate a banana. It was very significant and had deep meaning to me because it was delicious and contains potassium."
