Britney Spears is well known the world over for not being afraid to take risks, so it logically follows that Brit has pulled all the stops out and and truly laid her life on the line in order to release her new album, Femme Fatale on March 15th.
The single from the album, Hold It Against Me, has received rave reviews and left the fans wanting more. It's said among industry insiders that Brit has really poured her heart and soul into this two year long project.
One choreographer claimed that Brit will wear many hats in the vid for Hold It Against Me, although not literally, as she doesn't seem to like hats much, but in a multiple role play dancing extravaganza.
The blonde bombshell's staffers have assured her dedicated fans that the new album will be a brave statement, a courageous career move, an open declaration of free-spirited, independence, with a naughtily suggestive and playful edge.
Somebody else promised that Brit was going to really get down and sweaty.
"She's taking a real big fashion risk with some of the stuff she's experimenting with," a gay designer commented.
It hasn't been confirmed yet, but rumour has it that snapper to the stars, Mario Testino, has done the cover shots for the album.
Which, in case you missed it, will be called Femme Fatale.
It's good for Britney's legions of dedicated fans to know that the blonde bombshell is prepared to take so many chances fearlessly.
Makes troops overseas losing their lives, a global recession, unrest in the Middle East, and terrorist plots to plant a dirty nuclear device in the near future look a bit trivial really.
