image for "Son of N!xau" Being Groomed for 'The Gods Must Be Crazy (Part VI)'
tumbleweeds are technically not weeds at all

(Entertainment Weakly, Hollywood) - Eight years after his poor dad's death, Z!xau, son of Namibian bush-farmer-turned-actor-turned-bush-farmer, N!xau, has shown interest in picking up where his late father left off.

Our reporter in the bush submitted the following.

While the previous three sequels were low-budget cinematic products from Hong Kong, the latest version -- tentatively entitled "The Gods Must Be Crazy (Part VI): Crazy Parcel" -- promises a new spin.

Z!xau has auditioned for the role of the protagonist, who follows a wayward tumbleweed across the Kalahari desert and ends up as a stowaway on a ship. Hijinks ensue as the sea voyage heads for Antarctica -- one of the coldest places on Earth, next to Wendi Deng Murdoch.

During a break in pre-production work for the sixth installment of 'The Gods Must Be Crazy' franchise, director Werner Herzog told our man in the bush that he is really only interested in one thing: restoring dignity to T.G.M.B.C. image.

"Call me old-fashioned," said Herzog. "I will do my best not to exploit our young bushman friend for all he is worth."
