LONDON - The CEO of 19th Hole Productions Simon Cowell has informed the British press that he is considering hiring Aishwarya Rai of India as one of the judges on his new U.S. reality show X-Factor.

Cowell has already secured the services of Cheryl Cole to be one of the judges. Cole said that she was absolutely gobsmackingly thrilled since she will get to stay with her boyfriend Derek "The Dancing Dude" Hough in his Hollywood Hills mansion Casa Cha Cha Cha.

Simon Cowell, who is known by many nicknames including "The Sultan of Sarcasm," stated that he considers Miss Rai to be one of the most beautiful actresses in the entire world including France.

He added that he considers Aishwarya's husband, Hishek "Camel Dude" Bachchan to be one lucky Indian fella.

[EDITOR'S NOTE: Aishwarya was crowned Miss World in 1994. Shortly after being crowned she received 19,983 marriage proposals which is the most ever and is so listed in the Guinness Book of World Records.]

Aishwarya Rai's recent movies include The Panting Pink Panther with Angelina Jolie, Chandra's Angels Vs. The Naked Vampires of Calcutta with Preity Zinta, and The Designated Drinker of Dunstable with Mick Jagger.

When Rai was asked if she would accept the role of judge on the new American version of X-Factor she smiled and replied that if it pleases her husband's heart and groin region then she would most certainly accept it without any reservation implied or otherwise emotionally noted.

SIDENOTE: When Paula Abdul heard that her ex-unofficial boyfriend Simon Cowell had offered the judges' job to Rai she became quite upset and remarked that she now totally regrets having let Simon caress her upper thighs underneath the judges' table during the American Idol commercial breaks.
