Hi Tech or Tin Cans Howard Will Be Heard

How do you create a ground swell with nary a sound? If you're Howard Stern and Crew you play it decidedly confused and tight lipped.

Stern claims to have no clue as to what the next move is for him and his rather large staff, assuming there is any move at all.

His continued refusal to leak any details in regards to the state of his contract negotiations with Sirius/XM radio or any other potential cooperation to broadcast, The Stern Network, is fueling the gossip mills and all manner of fanciful fish tales are swirling around.

Stern's rabid, dedicated, followers are chomping at the bit to know where he'll be headed in 9 shows when his contract expires.

Stern has a varied, colorful, merry band of followers and misfits. The self proclaimed group of mutants are dedicated to Stern and will stumble where he leads.

The net is a buzz with all manner of speculation and rumor. Stern is a very busy beaver according to people across the nation. He's signing contracts everywhere. Most of the rumored deals involve broadcasting his show, 4 hour a day, 4 days a week.

He's doing simm card broadcasts, pod casts, garage casts, apartment casts, He's signed on to a three year, 700 million dollar HBO deal. Apple TV signed a 3 year, 600 million dollar, broadcasting deal. Direct TV wants him to go with them, broadcasting his show on the air live. They want to call it, Howard Stern 4by4, Howard, 4hrs, 4days all 4 for you. There have been stories about Playboy, History Channel, Showtime and a slew of alphabet soup companies are throwing their hat into the ring as well,

The most bizarre pairing to date is, The Christian Broadcasting Network coming in with a two year 800 million dollar offer.

Scuttlebutt has it, TCBN is looking to change their image from old fashion and conservatiive, to progressive and tuned in. Insiders reveal that Stern's antics and crazy off the wall approach to broadcasting is a breath of fresh air to the board of TCBN. It might be a match made in Heaven.

The quieter Howard Stern stays, the louder the response gets.
