A New Dorothy For A Shallow Generation

Hollywood, CA -- Teen superstar Miley Cyrus has just been chosen for the role of a lifetime. Miley will portray Dorothy in the 'Wizard of Oz' remake, scheduled to be released in 2011. Justin Bieber will portray the Scarecrow, and Britney Spears will be the Wicked Witch of the West.

Miley says she hopes she can be as good as Judy Garland, although she has no idea who she was.

"I think she was like real fat, and old too. Like I think she was 20 or something when she did it, I don't know." said the confused Miley.

"I'm just sayin', like, you know, she could have worked out more, like, you know, like, she could have gone to Weight-watchers or something, you know, it's like I'm not dissing her, or anything like that. You know." said the shallow teen.

Miley was surprised to learn that someone named Ray Bolger portrayed the Scarecrow in the 1939 movie.

"I think, like someone told me Michael Jackson was the Scarecrow. Like, I guess he did it before he died. I guess." said the dimwitted teen. "And I don't think 1939 was a real year anyway." she added.

"Anyways, the movie is so gay anyways, you know, like it's a gay thing or something." she said with distaste. "But, at least we have Britney Spears to be the witch. She's real old now, like 25 or something. Can you imagine being that old!" said the airhead.
