New Zealand was celebrating today following the news that two Hobbit movies will be made there after all.
There were fears that Warner Brothers would take filming elsewhere after spats with acting unions.
But all issues have been cleared up and the country can look forward to the economic boost the productions will bring.
A Kiwi film industry insider said: "This is great news! We really needed to hear this.
"Not least, it's great for our Hobbit population. It's two or more years of solid work - both on screen and off. Times could have been very difficult indeed if the film had gone somewhere else.
"And of course the catering industry is very pleased. Those Lord of the Rings films took just about all the food these islands could supply. This promises more of the same."
