"It's About The Sone, The Singer!"

After all the makeup and care that she has received from some of the best, Susan Boyle says she's not all that pleased with herself.

"Back home we call it "Mutton dressed like lamb" and that's what it is. I appreciate all the work that's been done and half of it I will keep using, but this botox crap is a little too much", stated the star singer.

"It's me...my voice that people come to see. You want long legs and boobs, go to a Madonna or Britney or someone like them. I'm here to sing to you and I am not the nicest looking woman in the world."

All this came after Boyle abandoned her outfit for the first half of her performance at The Waterford Saturday night. She came out with a nice outfit and a lot less makeup and jewelry.

What happened after her announcement?

She received a standing ovation that brought tears to her eyes.

She also heard cries of "You're Beautiful, Susan!" from several in the crowd.

After the show, many stayed around talking about Susan's speech.

General comments were: "She's right. We came to hear her sing." and "Anyone can go up on stage and lip sync a song they have sang 50 times to get it just right in a studio." "Yeah, if I wanted sex, I'd head for Le Grande a few blocks from here."

A lot of this was reported back to Susan who stated, "Maybe I'll start a joke routine right after my first break. This was fun! This is what I'm about!"
