image for Sexy Brazilian Beauty's Massive Hooters Almost Killed Her
Scalpel. Forceps. Fork Lift Truck...

Reports are coming in that the Brazilian model, Sheyla Herschey-Barr - the woman with the world's largest hooters, almost died following an op to make them even bigger!

Following the op, during which two four gallon implants were surgically inserted, Ms Herschey-Barr reported that she didn't feel very well. Retiring to her bed, with her massive hooters supported by a pair of huge leather titty cups and a series of chains held up by an RSJ pulley system, Ms Herschey-Barr quickly lapsed into a state of delerium.

Doctors in Houston, Texas, ran a series of tests on the model, concluding that she was smitten by a streptococcal infection, and there are very real fears that she will have to have the implants removed permanently.

Boyfriend Ricky McTricky, originally from Glasgow, Scotland, was said to be inconsolable today as he maintained a bedside vigil.

A friend told us:

"The prognosis isn't good. All this enhancement surgery has stretched her titty skin enormously, and Ricky is really worried that if they have to remove the implants she'll be left with a pair of huge empty sacks that sag like spaniel's ears."

British cosmetic surgeon, Dr Fred Kildare told us:

"Personally, I wouldn't have performed the surgery in the first place. That stupid woman had the equivalent of two spacehoppers implanted in her chest. I don't know about breast enhancement - it sounds to me like a prefrontal lobotomy would have been more useful. In this case."

More as we get it.
