image for Susan Boyle May Have to Settle on Making New Album with Singing Dogs
Doesn't Miss SuBo have a dreamy voice?

So far, Susan Boyle hasn't had any luck at all finding the right "unknown" to sing duets with her on a planned upcoming album. Saying it is not her fault that she's become quite the diva and therefore not able to get along with anyone, SuBo is looking to the animal world to complete her better "singing" half.

"I heard a Christmas album entitled "Barking Mad Christmas" and I just fell in love with the sound" said SuBo. "We've been checking around and we're very close to signing the same dogs to sing with me on my new album. We tentatively want to name the record "SuBo - Barking Mad," if the dogs' owners will agree."

Boyle believes that singing more operatic favorites may assist the dogs into howling a bit more instead of just barking their way through the album, which will create a sound unlike any heard in the music world today. While Madame Butterfly is one of Boyle's favorite operas, she is said to be looking more towards doing a few numbers from the musical CATS "just because it would be so ironic to have dogs barking through CATS," she said.

Many sources close to SuBo wonder about her sanity taking on such a bizarre project, but she tells them she is completely sane. "Look, I can't catch a break at the Grammys this year with Lady Gaga eating up all the honors unless I up my game and do something even Lady Gaga will say is totally off the charts."

Look for the new album to be out in time for the holidays.
