Finally, someone gets it. Kate Gosselin is in her element when she is portraying a bitch. That is when her natural talent shines. On the last episode of Dancing with the Stars, Judge Bruno Tonioli stated that she actually came out on stage as "the super bitch from hell" and was quite believable. Problem is, she got the bitch part right in the character but the dancing was still horrendous.
A clip was shown during the show where Kate had consulted with an acting coach to help her along in her dancing performances. At one point, Kate declared that she's not allowed to show emotion, but when she was asked to hit a punching bag, it didn't seem at all like Kate had a problem holding back.
So, everyone should just stop beating around the bush here, including Kate. She is never going to come off as being a sweet, loving mother of 8. She is resentful, mean, spiteful and unhappy and she is making money being all those things on television and that is why people like to watch her. Just like the child who acts up to get a rise out of their parents, Kate acts up to get a rise out of the public and it works every time.
I mean, come on, what woman in her right mind would genuinely smile at someone who just called her the "super bitch from hell" unless she was damned proud of that moniker? As for Tonioli, he took a calculated risk of saying what was on everyone's mind and fortunately, it paid off. If Kate had regular emotions like most people, he would never have gotten away with it.
