View From A Window Seat - Not As Good In The Rain

No doubt about it, Erykah Badu is Evolving. And not only that, she is Evolving in a Window Seat. Which is no mean feat. Researchers have indicated that it's far easier to evolve in an aisle seat, because then you can stretch your legs out.

Especially if you're travelling Economy.

Even Erykah Badu didn't sit in a Window Seat as she stripped her clothes off piece by piece in Dallas's Dealey Plaza. No sir. She walked, is what she did.

And she also prompted outpourings of racial hatred by showing her video on the net. White people argued that it was disrespectful towards the Kennedy assassination in 1963, and black people argued that the white people were just jealous because Erykah's booty is hotter than a Hollywood star's.

Black people argued that white people are just jealous of the fine naked contours of an undressed black woman lying on the sidewalk. White people argued that they weren't jealous at all because in their opinion Erykah wasn't all that, and that she's a bit of a growler.

So it would appear that Erykah's plea for tolerance and understanding bounced off deaf ears. Like they say in Wal-Mart - there are none so deaf as those who can't hear.

In the meantime, one billion people in China, and a further one billion people in India, do not give a fuck either way.

As Confucious once so eloquently stated:

"Live together in harmony? Fuck that shit. I'm staying here."
