BRISBANE, Australia - Ashley Tisdale has just completed work on the Thunderstruck Motion Picture Company's movie Lip Syncing Down In Kangaroo Land.

The movie which is a romance musical deals with the infamous 2009 Britney Spears concert tour in which the American blonde was literally booed off the stage in several Australian cities including Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and Koalaville due to her lip syncing the entire concert.

Tisdale said that she actually spent two days prior to filming the movie with Britney Spears. She said that the two went out shopping, and got manicures, pedicures, and Brazilian wax jobs.

Ashley, who is 24, said that it was only her second pedicure ever and her very first Brazilian wax job. When asked about the wax job, she confided that at first she was kind of leery and bashful, but after about ten minutes she hardly noticed the dozen or so paparazzi that were standing all around her just flashing away.

Tisdale said that in June she will fly down to Peru, where she will co-star with Johnny Depp in a Luigi Luigiani film about the Peruvian Incas called Some Inca Do and Some Inca Don't.

Meanwhile, Ashley's single "Bop To The Top" hit the top spot last summer. This year, her follow up song "Bop To The Top Of The Top" is currently at #13 with a hollow-bullet.

Tisdale was asked which singers have inspired her the most. She paused for a few seconds and then said, "Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Melissa Etheridge. Ashley thought for a few moments and then stated, "Will maybe not Melissa anymore since now I know that she is a lesbian and she is married to a real woman."

In a non-related story. The board of directors of Major League Baseball's Chicago White Sox have voted 6 to 4 to retain the team name White Sox in lieu of changing it to Tube Sox as thousands of teenage fans had suggested.

Make Abel Rodriguez's day - give this story five thumbs-up (there's no need to register, the thumbs are just down there!)
