NEW YORK CITY - The stars of The Twilight Saga: New Moon movie series, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens recently appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman.
David, of the tassled hair, reportedly personally called up Efron and Hudgens himself and begged them both to please appear on his show.
Letterman knowing that Zac and Van are one of the hottest couples in America wants to really get his ratings numbers up while the NBC late night show brouhaha slash fiasco continues on the Peacockamamie Network.
Efron and Hudgens agreed to appear because as Zac stated, he felt sorry for David and remarked that he had never before seen or heard Letterman actually crying.
The happy couple, known as "EH?" came out dressed in matching The Twilight Saga: New Moon swimsuits, his of course without the bikini top.
Zac told David that the original name of New Moon was actually going to have been, Bad Moon Rising, but when John Fogerty of the late 60s-early 70s iconic band Creedence Clearwater Revival found out he told them that he would allow them the use of the name of his song for a $1.5 million fee.
The producers rejected his offer. Fogerty then went down to $1 million and still no go. Finally John told the movie producers that he would grant them the right to use his song title, if they would allow him to record the movies theme song, which was tentatively called, "The New Moon Pie Paso Doble."
The producers thanked Fogerty and told him that they had already contacted Lady Gaga about doing the theme song honors.
Fogerty in a fit of rage told the producers that Lady Gaga cannot even read music. The producers explained to him that they did not care because she does have some fine lookin' knockers on her.
In a related John Fogerty Story. John and his new band, John Fogerty & The Stimulus Package will be performing at the ribbon cutting ceremonies of the latest 'Ey Passa Da Pizza Please Restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island next Tuesday.
