Skoobco Games Inc today announced the launch of their latest console release, "Where's Morse?" a game which breaks the boundaries of technology because it will apparently be available on dial up laptop connections.
Lines were already building up overnight as eager punters jostled to get on the "Where's Morse?" bandwagon.
The game, based on an elusive 19th Century pirate Captain who skippered a pirate ship named 'The Buggerall' challenges gamers to locate the elusive captain, wherever he may be in the world.
"It's a game of strategy," Games magazine editor Chuck Upson told us. "Morse was always a cunning and stealthy individual. A canny pirate. Nobody was ever quite sure where he was when he existed. The game gives you a shot at locating him. He could be in the colonies, he could be mid- Atlantic, he could be in Norway, Germany, or even in a pub in Portsmouth UK. This game is going to take the world by storm."
The smart money, sourced from expert gamers, would appear to suggest that Morse is sitting on his ass coiffing beer in the Florida sunshine.
But we can't swear to that because we're not allowed to give gaming hints to potential purchasers.
More as the game hits the streets.
