HOLLYWOOD - Hannah Dakota Fanning has come to Hollywood to participate in the premier of the new Stephenie Meyers movie The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

The 15-year-old native of Georgia was asked how it felt working on a movie that is destined to break all kinds of box office records.

Fanning replied that it was an absolute pleasure working with Robert Pattinson, Kirsten Stewart, Nikki Reed, and Jackson Rathbone.

A reporter for The West Hollywood Flaming Gazette Finley Bracelet asked Fanning about the rumor that she was seriously considering taking legal action against Miley Cyrus.

She replied that she really did not want to say too much about the matter but that her lawyer Preston McFiggley, of McFiggley, Austerlitz, Flatonia, and Yamagata was at present drawing up the needed paperwork for the legal litigation.

When asked what the lawsuit was in regards to Fanning said that it was based on the fact that Miley Cyrus had taken her TV character's name Hannah Montana directly from her.

She pointed out that in February of 2006, she had attended a slumber party at Miley's Malibu Beach house. Fanning added that there were about a dozen girls there but that her and Miley were the only famous ones.

She pointed out that they all played a game called 'If I Could Change My Name I Would Change It To...' The game is a very popular one on the Left Coast and is even more popular than Trivial Pursuit, Pictionary, and Cranium.

When it came Miley's turn to choose a name she thought about it for a few moments and then said that she would choose Dakota's first name and middle name Hannah Dakota.

She said that she liked the name Hannah, because in Portuguese it means 'real pretty girl with dimples and a great personality who can also cook damn good.'

And she liked the name Dakota which comes from the Sioux word which means 'state where it gets so cold that Buffaloes are afraid to lick anything.'

Miley even mentioned to Dakota that she had a TV show for the Disney Channel in the works and that she was going to use Hannah Dakota for her character's name.

Fanning told her that she did not want her using her name and that she suggested that she pick another name or else she would probably do something to hurt her like steal her boyfriend. Miley thought for a few seconds and threw out the name Hannah Wyoming.

Hannah Dakota said that Wyoming was okay, but that she still did not want her using her first name Hannah.

Miley finally got upset and said that she was not going to use Hannah Dakota, or Hannah Wyoming, or even Hannah Idaho. She said that she was going to use the name Anna Alabama.

The next month Miley's show premiered on the Disney Channel. And as Dakota watched the first show she saw where the name of Miley Cyrus's character was Hannah Montana.

Fanning said that she called up Miley to complain, but that she would not take her calls. Fanning added that it has been over three years and the Hannah Montana star has still not bothered to return her calls.

Dakota added that now little Miss Miley Cyrus will be taking her (Fanning's) lawyer's calls.

When Miss Fanning was asked if she would be willing to settle out of court, she replied that she would not because it was not about the money it was all about her name.

Miley Cyrus was contacted and asked to comment on the matter and she asked Dakota who?

In a related story. Miss Fanning has an ace up her sleeve. She has an audio tape of the slumber party conversation where Miley promised her that she would not use her name for her TV character's name.

Dakota's attorney is calling the tape: Exhibit effen A.

Oops! Miley can you say Anna Alabama?
