Up next for NBC, Reruns of "Nanny and the Professor".

Burbank,Ca-Who would have thought it would come to this? After going too far in criticizing the top brass, Jay Leno gets axed, the network scrambles to replace his failing show, and the replacement goes on to get huge ratings.

Reruns of the eighties sitcom "ALF" have boosted ratings of the NBC television network during Leno's old time slot, easily beating the top rated show of it's nearest competitor, FOX's "Polka Jamboree".

The success of "ALF" has network exec's scratching their heads. None-the-less they plan on capitalizing on it's success by digging deeper into their archives. Rumors have it that "Family Affair", "Please Don't Eat The Daisies" and "Nanny and the Professor" will soon be joining "ALF" as network staples.
