Serious concerns were expressed this evening following an astonishing outburst by X-Factor judge Louis Walsh, directed at fellow panellist Simon Cowell.
Judges Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue could plainly be observed squirming in embarrassment as Walsh blasted Cowell over the inclusion of the song 'Crying' (once immortalised in Only Fools And Horses as 'Cwying') stating that he'd never heard of the movie Cowell chose the song from.
Walsh then launched into an astonishing rant against Cowell, at which Cowell looked so pissed off at one point that he looked like he was about to rise from his seat and reward Walsh for his histrionics with a hard slap.
Somehow, Simon Cowell hung on to his cool and refrained from dishing out a dose of whup-ass.
Subsequently, normality appeared to be restored, but searching questions remain.
Why is Louis looking and acting so fraughtly?
Why has he suddenly started acting so weirdly?
Why the apparent paranoia?
We don't know but the probe will continue.
There may be nothing whatsoever in it.
But if there is, you can rest assured:
We'll bring it to you as we get it.
